RETURNS

 

To make selecting and purchasing Outfits as enjoyable as possible for you, we strive to make it as easy as possible for you.  

 

  • To return a product, it must be unused and in its original condition. Please verify that all of its original tags are still attached.  
  • After the date of shipment, consumers must report any delivery-related difficulties.  
  • Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping packaging. Ensure that the product is unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and that all tags are attached.  
  • Confirm that the package is properly packaged and enter the order/invoice form.  
  • Give our delivery partner the package when they arrive. We will begin the reimbursement process once we receive the returned package.   

 

 

REFUNDS

 

You will be notified once we receive and examine your return to know the refund status and whether it was accepted. When your refund request is valid, the amount will be immediately credited to the original payment method.   

 

The refund time frame is 5-7 business days. Your understanding and help have been invaluable throughout.  

 

 

 Cancellation  

 

You may cancel any order for a product that is not in stock and ready to ship within 48 hours of placing the order. We will initiate a full refund and send you an email confirmation. It is not possible to cancel Ready To Ship purchases, which are usually sent within 48 hours of receipt.
